Serial PSRAM (Serial Pseudo Static Random Access Memory)
Serial PSRAM is a serial-interface form of PSRAM (Pseudostatic RAM) used to communicate with a microprocessor or other system. PSRAM sits between DRAM and SRAM: it offers DRAM-like density with relatively simple SRAM-like operation and simpler memory control.
Incorrect Bus Width, Latch Edge, or DQS Delay can cause decode errors. For channel-prefix differences, see Settings.
Decode Settings
- Bus Width: Set bus width to 8 or 16; higher data/DQS channels are field enabled (Enable) only when 16 is selected. Default is 8.
- Latch Edge: Latch data with SDR or DDR. Default is SDR.
- DQS Delay: Set DQS delay in sample points. Default is 0.
- Latency: Fine-tune per-command/data latency (opens the parameter file editor). The Default button does not reset this item.
